| It amazes me how, within a day, hour, even minutes one's life can be completely changed. It doesn't necessarily have to be in a negative way, but something that's different. I know I haven't done everything right or just in life. I will never say I'm without fault or error. I'm human. But sometimes I wonder how certain things can happen to us, how our daily lives can sometimes seem a daily torture.
While this does amaze me, the resolve of the human spirit amazes me too. We are able to rebound off of experiences we face, learn from them, grow from them, and become better people. At least we have this opportunity despite whether people take it or not.
I've found that when the going gets tough....people quit. Some people, at the slightest sign of friction, just drop everything and surrender. No one fights for what they believe in and would rather live a quiet life of conformity. I don't even know where I'm going with this, just some thoughts.
People will break your heart and it won't get broken only once. Don't let your stalled or failed dreams get you down - do what you can. Believe that you can do anything and do it. Always try to do the right thing in life. Forget insults, remember the compliments. Be too noble for anger, too strong for fear, too happy to get down. Tell those you love that you love them, even if they know.

I don't know if there is a destiny for each person or if we're all floating around either. Maybe Forrest is correct, maybe we're floating around in some sort of direction, bumping into different things whether that be people or life's experiences. Who knows? There might be an ultimate plan for all of us individually, maybe there's just different ways for everyone to get there.

| Hello Xanga, oftentimes I may have forgotten you, probably when I needed to talk to you most. You've been the one who allows me to rant about everything and be indifferent to every opinion I have. But out of all the other times this is where I've needed to talk to you most because I don't know what to think or where to go.
Does everything happen for a reason or is that saying just a crock of crap? Why am I constantly being tested, pressured? What point do I break? At what point does a stress crack disintegrate me? I'm tired. I'm tired of grinding, I'm tired of doing what I do. I'm tired of putting all my effort into things with no return. I guess it's not getting no return that bothers me but rather the fact that putting effort into things results in a complete backlash of what I intended.
I don't know if my path in life is taking a new turn or if I'm going off to some new uncharted area, but I'm more lost now than ever. I don't know what to do and feel helpless....
